Charles Montagna graduated with Honors from Old Dominion University with a Bachelor of Arts degree in History. Upon graduation, he studied at the T.C. Williams School of Law in Richmond, Virginia and graduated in 1966. His entire career has been spent representing working men and women who have been hurt on and off the job.
